Party Room Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions
Room rentals are for the full two hours. You will be allowed 15 minutes before for preparation and 15 minutes after for clean-up. Boundless staff will be available to assist in the clean-up.
Decoration – Only table clothes and table decorations are allowed. We do not allow candles, balloons, wall/ceiling hangings (ex. pinatas), tacks, nails, glitter, confetti, silly string, and tape.
A $150 damage fee will be charged for any room left in poor condition.
Guests are allowed to bring food and non-alcoholic drinks. Glassware is not allowed on-site.
Outside vendors (ex. caterers, entertainment) are not allowed on-site.
We kindly ask that you do not bring roasters/crock pots.
ALL Guests must have a liability waiver signed.
If you cancel without rescheduling within 48 hours, you will receive a 50% refund.
Active members will receive a 10% discount.
Memberships for guests DO NOT apply toward entry for a birthday party.
No holiday bookings.
