Small Party Package

  • Cost: $150
  • Time Limit: 2 hours
  • Maximum of 12 total guests (children/adults)
  • Families that are hosting will be included in the guest total
  • 12 Passes (children/adults)
  • No reduced price for less than 12 guests

Medium Party Package

  • Cost: $300
  • Time Limit: 2 hours
  • Maximum of 24 total guests (children/adults)
  • Families that are hosting will be included in the guest total
  • 24 Passes (Adults/Children)
  • No reduced price for less than 24 guests

Large Party Package

  • Cost: $500
  • Time Limit: 2 hours
  • Maximum of 36 total guests (children/adults)
  • Families that are hosting will be included in the guest total
  • 36 Play Passes (Adults/Children)
  • No reduced price for less than 36 guests

Extra Large Party Package

  •  Cost: $750
  • Time Limit: 2 hours
  • Maximum of 48 total guests (children/adults)
  • Families that are hosting will be included in the guest total
  • 48 Play Passes (Adults/Children)
  • No reduced price for less than 48 guests

Party Room Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

  • Party Package – Your package includes two full hours of party room use with access to all available play areas and equipment. You will be allowed up to 15 minutes before the start of your party for preparation and up to 15 minutes after your party for clean-up. Boundless staff will be available to assist with clean-up.
  • Additional Guests – Any attending party guest in excess of the party size allotment will be an additional $25/person. This is subject to facility capacity, and we cannot guarantee guest additions.
  • Deposit – A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and room. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. If you need to cancel your event for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
    We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and our preference is to work with you to reschedule your event. If you choose to reschedule, all payments made—including the deposit—will be transferred and applied to the new date, subject to availability. Rescheduled events must take place within 3 months of the original date. Failure to reschedule within this time frame will result in forfeiture of all payments.
  • Decorations – Tablecloths and table decorations are allowed. We do not allow flame lit candles of any kind however electronic candles (flameless) and cake toppers are acceptable. Mylar balloons are allowed; latex and helium filled balloons are not allowed. The following items are also not allowed: ceiling hangings (ex. Pinatas), tacks, nails, glitter, confetti, silly string, slime, or tape.
    **Boundless can supply approved tape upon request.**
  • Room Usage – A $150 damage fee may be charged for any room left in poor condition. We reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for any damage to the party room.
  • Food & Entertainment – Guests may bring food and non-alcoholic drinks and may also have food delivered. Outside vendors including food trucks, individuals preparing or serving food, magicians, clowns, etc. are not allowed.
    For the safety of all guests, we do not allow glassware, roasters, or crockpots.
  • Liability Waiver – All guests, except for infants, must have a liability waiver on file prior to entering the party room or play space.
  • Active members will receive a 10% discount.
  • Memberships for guests DO NOT apply toward entry for a birthday party.
  • Holiday and Special Event bookings – We are not currently booking party packages on holidays or during special events or extended hours. Based on staffing, events, programming, or other activities, we may have decreased availability on certain dates.
  • By making a deposit, you accept and agree to the above Party Room Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions.
