Do you need to book play time in advance?

While not required, we highly encourage booking play time in advance to save time and to ensure open blocks of time.

How long can I play at Boundless?

Play passes include two hours of play time.

Does my child(ren) require a disability to play at Boundless?

No. Boundless is a space for children and adults of all abilities to come and play! We’ve worked extra hard to design Boundless to be accessible and fun for everyone.

What kind of footwear is required at Boundless?

We encourage guests to wear tennis shoes or other play appropriate shoes. High heels, spikes, and cleats are not allowed in the play space. Socks are required for non-shoe wearers.

Can I drop off my children at the park alone?

No. Childcare and/or supervision is not provided by Boundless staff. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult 16 years or older.

Can I purchase a gift card?

You bet. Currently, gift cards are available for purchase online only. Email addresses for both parties are required to receive the gift card. You may even send a voice and/or video recording message along with your digital gift card!

Do I need to bring my own play equipment/toys?

No. We have lots of different toys and activities available and will frequently rotate items. Please consider keeping personal toys at home. Boundless is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Do I have to book a room to have a birthday party or other celebration? We only have a couple of children or adults coming and won’t have cake or cupcakes.

We really enjoy having kiddos celebrate their special event at Boundless. For play times without gifts or food there are no restrictions. When gifts, food, and other “party” activities occur we ask the following; for celebrations totaling 6 guests or more, a party room is required. For small celebrations totaling 5 guests or less (including adults) a party room is not required, but we do ask that the following rules be adhered to:

Picnic tables are on a first-come, first serve basis. Space is not guaranteed. Out of courtesy for all guests, we ask that guests limit usage to one picnic table at a time.
We do not allow balloons, streamers, party decorations, or confetti downstairs.
All gifts are to be taken to your vehicle after opening. This prevents damage or loss of gifts that are left on a picnic table. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Snacks and light meals are allowed in the picnic area, but frosted items (cakes, cupcakes, etc.) are not. We ask this out of concern for health and safety. The porous flooring in the play area is difficult to remove frosting from, and frosting can make our play equipment very slippery.
Boundless management reserves the right to restrict gatherings in the picnic area based on occupancy, programming, and/or special events.

Are there lockers available?

Yes. We have small lockers and lots of coat racks available for your use. Boundless assumes no responsibility for lost/stolen personal belongings. Guests may use their own lock for use with our lockers, but all locks must be removed at the end of the visit. Boundless reserves the right to remove locks as needed.

What if my child has an accident or sustains an injury? What if my child gets sick?

We understand accidents can happen. Boundless staff are here to assist. Please notify them of any accidents or injury so they can assist with clean up and/or supplies. Boundless does have ice packs and first aid kits.

Please report any instance of vomiting to Boundless staff immediately. Children who become sick will be asked to end their visit at Boundless for the remainder of the day.

Can I purchase and/or bring food into Boundless?

Boundless does not have food on site for purchase. Drinking fountains and water bottle fill stations are available. We do have a designated picnic area for guests to have small snacks and light meals. No food or beverage of any kind is permitted in the play area and no frosted items (cake, cupcakes, etc.) are allowed in the lower level. Our poured in place flooring is porous and it’s very difficult to clean frosting and spilled drinks. For the health and safety of all we must have this restriction in place.

What is the process of cleaning/sanitizing Boundless?

Boundless follows the Minnesota Department of Health’s Indoor Play Area Maintenance & Sanitation Guidelines and is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy facility.

Can a daily pass be upgraded to a membership?

No, we are unable to upgrade a daily pass to a membership.

Can you refund an online booking?

No, all sales are final unless Boundless is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
